Good morning, ladies.

DH and I decided to venture into town today and do a spot of shopping. Not such a great idea. Despite being Spanish, I get heat stroke very easily, and I also find it really difficult to deal with all the peddlers for villas, resorts, sunglasses, etc. I don't want to be horrid to them and ignore them, but I can't let them stop me and spend thirty minutes chewing my ear off when I know I'm not going to buy anything from them. I feel that I'm a walking dollar sign to them but at the same time I understand them (hey it's not much different from Benidorm) so I get Western Tourist Guilt.

So we didn't find/buy anything from me but found some lovely jewellery for a friend whose birthday is later this month.

I'm now parked in our little room terrace wearing a red rushed Melissa O swimsuit (I seem to be the only woman around here wearing a one piece, but what can I say, I love them).

Morning!

Wish I was in Bali because as the weather is absolutely foul here!

santa impressive shopping. Love that jacket but the style nor the colour would suit me. How are you going to wear it?

Wearing my Chinti&Parker dress for the first time today and it is gorgeous! Even DH noticed and said I looked nice.

Wearing it with blue Jalouses and black opaques (ruined my lovely Falke navy opaques by walking on a floor that had been cleaned with bleach. Sad)

With all this talk of NB's I have been looking at trainers myself but I fear I'm not cool enough so will stick with my trusted Superga.

Morning all - back later but wanted to say thanks to Liberty for setting up new thread. Swimming today :( lessons paid till end of term in April! Don't feel I can just stop as a result. Might change my mind if today goes wrong.

Ha ha, my swimsuit is ruched, not rushed. Apple really do need to fix their autocorrect.

One, that sounds scary.

Enjoy the sun, Because, it is miserable here too!

Novice, sorry about your sister, hope she is healthy and well again very soon.

Dry, yes, get the Gucci first. I think you could go tighter on the leather trousers.

I have decided on this bag, I am two-thirds of the way there thanks to eBay!

I love Current/Elliott, Santa and the savings on Shopbop.

Anyone I know who has done the style day has loved it and they were all pretty stylish to begin with. I think it sounds interesting but haven't decided to do it yet. I have found the colours class great and I was very resistant to it for a while.

Wearing R&B biker boots, new Gap 1969 leggings jeans, long blue Baujken top and black Whistles top.

The Hobo is lovely in that colour!

Sorry to hear the weath is still being crap in the UK. I thought it would be very warm but rainy over here, but nope, almost no rain so far, can't complain.

I'm fascinated by resort fashion. There is a really sharp divide between the ladies looking like they are heading off to a cheap nasty nightclub to get off their heads on bad tequila, and the almost scary super fit immaculately groomed ones. And then there's me, of course Grin. I'd like to get fitter though...work stress has made me plumper than I'd like.

Thanks for the new thread Liberty.

Lovely bag Decam.

Scary One, good for reporting.

Love that jacket Santa.

Because... Again Envy

Good luck today Shop.
Would a lunch bribery work?
As in... If we're quick getting dressed we can go to our favourite cafe McDonalds

Ha anni when you mentioned bribery I immediately thought of the Scottish Restaurant (as DH calls it)

Unfortunately that wouldn't work with DS as he wasn't too impressed the few times we took him wanted a hamburger ourselves

decam great bag! Looks lovely in the magenta as well.

Just ordered these

I have just realised that they are called Jimmy Jimmy skinny jeans and not Jimmy Jimmy boyfriends although they look more boyfriend than skinny to me.

They do have some stretch in them unlike my old Jimmies so I hope they are as nice or better. At that price I have to have a try.

Glad swimming went well Shop , have you been using the calmer book?

I've started and am trying, tho finding it quite hard not to tell off. Still made a poster with dd1 last weekend for getting ready in the morning and it's been great. Would have been on time every day if it hadn' t been for the tube strike.

shop good news!

We used bribery as well to convince DS that it was a good idea to also to do poopoo on the toilet and not just weewee Hmm

It is still costing me a fortune in Kinder Eggs!

marsha soooo jealous of your trip! I have been thinking we can maybe go after Christmas this year but I'll have to talk to DH about it. DD has never been and DS was 11 months old at the time so doesn't remember a thing.
