What have you bought this month? [FEBRUARY 2014]

On another forum I used to frequent there was a monthly 'What have you bought?' thread. It was absolutely amazing for help finding new things to buy! I'm in desperate need of inspiration so hoped you'd all think this is a fun idea and hop on in to leave links to your purchases throughout Feb...

Quiet so far for me this year.

Selling a few valuable things on eBay this week so may treat myself to this Coach bag. Can't decide - mahogany or tan?

Fab idea!

So far, I have bought this dress from Top Shop:

www.topshop.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?searchTerm=flippy&storeId=12556&productId=13501387&urlRequestType=Base&categoryId=&langId=-1&productIdentifier=product&catalogId=33057

This checked scarf from Top Shop:

The skinny jeans from New Look featured on this blog (fit like a dream!):

styleguile.blogspot.co.uk/2014/02/a-jeans-experiment-and-some-advice-on.html

A Boden leather clutch for £20.65 which is on the way (free p&p with TYOU)...

These harem pants from Next to be worn with a simple tank top and chunky gold jewellery in summer:

www.next.co.uk/x5360s2#650580x53

(no idea why they call them Smudge - they are black and midnight blue leopard print)

This necklace is on the way...

Great idea.

So far I have bought this phase 8 wrap dress

www.phase-eight.co.uk/pws/ProductDetails.ice?ProductID=202456050&redirect=true

I'm trying to decide whether I can wear it with ankle boots.

Report
ELR · 03/02/2014 22:57

A low ankle boot or shoe boot would work

Forgot to say that I really like the coach bag too - I'd probably go for tan.

nothing yet, I really need some new clothes, mine are mostly ill fitting due to weight loss, but not quite yet into next size down. I was all set for a big ordering session when the bill came in for DS2's school trip and need £200 by next week. So looks like will be frugal February by default (was also his birthday Friday just gone)

I bought these trousers for work www.riverisland.com/women/trousers--leggings/slim-trousers/Blue-contrast-trim-cigarette-pants-645778

And this jumper for slobbing. It's more relaxed and softer than it looks in the pic www.riverisland.com/women/knitwear/jumpers/Navy-stripe-V-neck-oversized-jumper-648611

I also bought some £400 shoes but I returned them cos I couldn't stand the guilt!!

Oh and a sports bra.

I bought two Joules dresses, a long-sleeved tee-shirt, long cardigan and snug, warm coat from Fat face, in January, I was not going to buy anything in Feb! Ha Ha! 2nd Feb went shopping and bought a navy cropped trench coat in Gap, perfect for the Spring. Blush. Came home and ordered a fab Joules onesie online! No more Grin
