Looking for a longish, warm, stylish, hooded, non mumsy coat

Which as usual I've probably left too late to buy!
I'm size 10-12, 5"8' and 30, I walk to school etc so need a hood and at least some waterproof-ness, and I'd like some shape to it, but ideally not achieved by belts or toggles. I was thinking a down filled coat, but will consider anything warm. Budget of around £150.
Needs to be navy or blue.

So has anyone seen one that fits the bill?

(Please say yes!Grin)

Check Merrell - the Haven and Ellenwood get a lot of love here. I have the Merrell Ellenwood and it is fab but not sure of the colours - mine is grey.

Thank you-they definitely do Smile but they're not quite what I'm after, they're a bit boring plain for me.
I'm loosing the will to live searching online. I thought I'd seen one in crew a while ago but they only seem to have a short one now. I always leave winter purchases too late every. Single. Time. Never learn! Hmm

Mint velvet had a good one too tired but not sure if it's waterproof or as warm. Waterproof and warm often equals boring I'm afraid, eternal struggle :)

I just got a coat from target dry - waterproof, breathable, hooded and covers my bum! I had to get one for pushing the buggy and I live it, warm without being too warm and comfy. About £70 if I remember right and lovely colours.

Ooh trixy I like that Aigle one but it's double my budget Hmm

I've seen them half price in the sale. I nearly bought a brand new one on eBay for £150. It's worth trawling the Internet.

I really really want a moncler one with a furry hood. So gorgeous, so expensive!

I got a great one from Zara for the school run.

I was going to suggest zara too. They have a gorgeous mid thigh length navy down filled coat with furry camel hood for £120. I have looked at it a lot!

I have a Zara down one. Love it. But it's not waterproof.

I have had a couple of coats from there over the years and the quality is good.

Can't find the Zara one Hmm, target dry looks interesting, as does khujo not keen on jott.

The target dry one (I got the Georgia parka) in the reddy colour, which is a nice colour I really do love it and wish I had found them sooner

Danefae has a sale on. Shipping from Denmark is about a tenner, still makes the sale coats affordable. Here's a parka in blue that might suit:

Rumtum, I really like the look of that, bit put off by the delivery etc
Have you bought from them before? What's the quality like? Sizing?

Sizing is brilliant - I'm a 16 and went for XL plenty of room for jumpers underneath without being bulky, I think 10-12 is Small or Medium, the Trespass website has a size chart with measurements. Quality is excellent, high standard of finishing/stitching and good quality material used. Really rate it!! Oh and its super cosy!!

Also I am 5ft 8 too and the coat sits just below my knee. Smile

I have been looking for a decent coat, was contemplating spending £200 - £300, have just ordered the trespass. It looks great and good value, need something for dog walking and lacrosse and rugby match watching. It looks like it will do the job, thanks BaBa
