Thanks for starting a new thread smitten.

I am wearing chocolate brown maternity harems (think I will get a second pair in olive, am living in them) and petrol navy H&M maternity top. Random side effect of pregnancy as an autumn - there is more marine navy available in maternity wear than I ever see in normal clothes! I have a top and a nightie in the perfect shade now.

Didn't contribute much to the last thread but read through it all and got some great tips. I picked up this today. www.joules.com/Women/Tunics/Daphne/Womens-Heavy-Weight-Tunic/Eden-Stripe-French-Navy?id=P_DAPHNE|ESTFNAV
I'm not a big fan of the Joules style but they do cut dresses well for larger boobs and the colours in this are really beautiful.

Back from our half-term break in Cornwall. One day we went to Rock in North Cornwall, which is hilariously upper middle class. We got the ferry across and there's only a handful of shops, but these include Jack Wills and White Stuff.

DD (8) bought me an early birthday present of a White Stuff scarf with my credit card Hmm. Strangely it's not on their website, but it's just the right shade of purple with the same bird pattern as a WS dress I have. The birds are teal, lime green, violet and camel, and it's insanely flattering.

I've also bought some Uniqlo Heattech leggings as part of my 'loungewear' upgrade, which are a good brown shade. Also a long-sleeved Heattech top in a nice petrol/teal shade. If yo haven't discovered Heattech, you should! Lots of good autumn colours as well, but they do tend to sell out.

Could anyone recommend anything from New Look in Autumn colours please? I have had a £25 voucher for about a year and can never find anything I like in there. My wardrobe is very thin on the ground after a big sort out so I could do with starting again this time with right colours for me.

I sorted all my clothes today, for the first time in years. I've most of a bin bag bag of rubbish and another for the charity shop, although have kept all the stuff in the 'wrong' colours! I feel so much lighter and have found some lovely bits in autumn colours, including a great brown skirt I used to love.

I'm planning on wearing my new brown boots and newly found brown skirt tomorrow. Do I stick to brown tights or go for one of the other colours I picked up in m&s: purple or teal? I don't have great legs but they'd but mostly covered anyway!

Jemster I spotted quite a few teal bits in there the other day, shoes and boots are also worth a look.

I got a tunic from tu today that seems to have had the autumn pallete thrown at it...teal, green, mustard and orange! its actually a really nice flattering cut and pattern. The background is cream but I got one where the pattern has been cut around the neck, so it suits my face better.

I can't believe how many things I have got from there lately, prior to these season I hadn't bought anything.

Just wanted to say thanks re the hush harem pants recommendations. I received them today, am wearing them with a khaki vest top [or car-key as they say here in Aus] and a gold leaf necklace. What tops do you all wear with the harem's? I don't think anything too baggy is good as they could look like pjs.

Congrats hopefully! I found h&m and eBay good for maternity clothes though wasn't autumn shopping then so not so sure-I'd be happy to send some bits if I have anything but mostly sizes 16-18 (trying to talk dh into no 3 child isn't working, boo!)

I'm trying to stop shopping now til Jan but do need some coloured camis for under jumpers & would like a top in rosewood (something natural romantic style?) I find it hard to find clothes that suit colour & style so hard. May need to buy a couple of kettlewell things.

DS 4th birthday party today so lots to do & haven't even picked an outfit!

I bought the tesco cardy & once I got it out in daylight I love the colour! Must remember to always check in daylight before removing labels!

The harem pants are fab, haven't had much of a play with them style wise....heeled boots look good with them...kids said they made me look very tall which has got to be a good thing. In warmer weather my saltwater sandals looked great with a pair I bought from Next. General rule to follow baggy one half, slim on the other.
The round neck merino from uniqlo in lime is gorgeous, looks great with dark green....couldn't get my size in store so an online shop it will be again.
The tights challenge is tricky, I like the tights to be a darker shade that my skirt/dress and for casual wear I prefer a knitted tight with no pattern, more like a legging with no seems.

Hi, very happy to see this (and previous) thread! Has anyone found a nice lipstick for a soft autumn recently?

I like the Hush harems but am not sure they will like me.
I like Bobbi Brown's lipsticks,particularly nude,brown and rose berry.
Also loving Clinique's chubby stick intense in chilli.

potted what about the hush joggers/yoga trousers or whatever they're called? Basically just nicer jogging bottoms.

Incidentally, I have [[http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NEW-HIGH-QUALITY-maternity-pregnancy-jersey-harem-pants-trousers-S-M-L-/171143233236?pt=UK_Women_s_Trousers&var=&hash=item27d8ee7ed4 these maternity harems which are lovely! and we're a good fit before I had a bump too. Am going to get another pair for post natal slobbing (auto correct just made that sobbing. I may do that too).

I had a soft autumn the other day who looked amazing in the HoC 491 lipstick, it's a very nude colour so a good one for anyone trying to get to grips with lipstick.

Hello Autumns - I have missed so much during my half term in Devon (trying to convince my aunt to get herself over to Exeter for some colour analysis!). Think there are several people I didn't reply to on the last thread - sorry! And I think snow said she'd bought the same Etsy necklace as me - great, it's so lovely, and always gets comments.

I am vv pissed off tonight as bought what I thought was the perfect, elusive jacket in TK Maxx today - nipped in waist, padded shoulders, wide lapels...in a lovely rust, one of my ** colours. AND as a bonus, it was Philosophy de Alberta ferretti, reduced from £400 to £58. Really liked it even though there was something about th colour I couldn't quite put my finger on. Should have listened to my instinct! - away from TK MaxX's very warm lighting, it's plainly burgundy. GUTTED. I will never have a jacket! Once this one's been returned I may order a (horror!) jack wills tweed number, but it'll probably be wrong too.

I've ordered two more tartan things from Topshop - think I'm obsessed. Luckily I'm a very good sender back. Also some Aubergine coated jeans - not at all sure I like coated jeans but do want to try Aubergine trousers. Will post links below.

What else are we buying?! Re: harem styling - I tend to wear mine with a fitted vest, cropped cardis and my ash virgins or wedges. Big scarf a must!

Quick question about tights. I have a nice darkish green dress. Not sure what colour tights to wear with it. Was going to pair it with knitted cardi and ankle boots.
