shop I'm a scarcedy cat with travel sickness, so no, I gve all roller coasters a miss! Dh and dd went on one though. How on earth did you do a ride 10 times?? I think we only did 10 in total as the queues were huge.

Can i just recommend a lovely thing to eat? Am on another course of antibiotics and feeling crap but heated up half a tub of Yorkshire Provender red pepper, tomato and cheese soup and it is nectar of the Gods. Little pieces of melty cheese in it yum.

Dry - Le Mis made me want to shoot myself in the eyeballs. Never got past the first fifteen minutes .

No trick or treaters...Think our house looks too forbidding .

Mig we go to Winter Wonderland on my birthday (19 Dec) every year - it's tradition. I think it's great, really atmospheric the skating and ice caves are great, the German Christmas market is lovely to browse and there are Bratwurst and mulled wine aplenty. And only a hop, skip and a jump from Harvey Nics - what's not to like??

So the smaller size navy Boden jumper arrived...

And it's a bit boring and fitted in the smaller size.
So I've ordered the larger size again, but in the pale grey this time.
I'm hoping the paler colour will look nice looser... I had one of those £10 vouchers to use, so I thought I'd give it a try.

Anni seem to remember you went boot bonkers a while back!!!! But yes, will stop now and I'm going to be SENSIBLE and save for the J crew coat I'm coveting needs to find a US visitor.
Les MIs is a fantastic film, Hugh Jackman is surprisingly brilliant and well cast and can really sing, as can Eddie Redmayne . However you only need to see it once (on a big screen only to get full impact)....three times is just too much misery

Ah Les Mis. A friend took me to see the musical when I was a student in London. He raved about it (he had seen it a gazillion times, all over the world) so I thought I was in for a treat.

That's 2 hours more like 24 hours of my life I'll never get back.

When I say this to people they look at me like I am some baby eating monster, but I really hated it.

Needless to say I haven't seen the film.

Today I am wearing my teal DKNY dress toughend up with my bikers.

Being the lazy arse I am, I can't be bothered to read the past thread but I'm intrigued to know what shops birthday plans are. Can't believe that mine is tomorrow!!

PIL have given me £100 for my birthday. I'm going to do the style day with hopefully but I just need to sweet talk dh as there's a day in December that I could do if he agrees.

Don't think dona is around anymore. She was frugalfashionista but then weaned herself off shopping/clothes etc so I'm not sure that she posts anymore.

Anni the Science Museum have a range of things like that. Boxed toys. Think they used to sell them in Debenhams and Amazon
QueenC lazy. Out with a girlfriend for dinner tonight, family lunch at gastropub tonight, champagne breakfast at posh hotel on the day with a girlfriend, dinner with DH that night. Low key on previous years!
ILs leave today. I am down two wine glasses, a pair of rubber gloves and my sanity. Sounds just like the old days. Oh, and I walked in on FIL having a wee in our outside toilet with the door wide open eew
