I need a new mascara. Any tips? I've tried lots over the years. My current one is Dior which I like but have also had Ampicils by Lancôme in the past.

After a wow one for the christmas season.

I have tried loads and my number one fav is maybelline Colossal Cat Eyes it is ace - lasts well, no smudging or clumping and long, lush lashes. For me it is better than ones i've had that were 4x the price.

Eyeko skinny mascara! Makes my lashes look amazing, doesn't smudge or flake and is water resistant.

Watching with interest as my Bobbi Brown has just run out...

I have quite small eyes pissholes in the snow as my DM says so often fancy mascaras have too long/wide a brush with them. My favourite is Maybelline Great Lash mascara (the pink one). Never clumps, good brush design, can add second coat for more dramatic look.

I have ordered a Avon one as heard they were good - not got it yet but will report back!

For me it's a tie between Max factor false lash effect and 2000 calorie. Have never been as impressed by any of the high end ones as I am by those.

I recently bought Clinique lash power. I really like it as it has a small brush so is easy to coat all the lashes. I don't have v long lashes so it makes quite a difference to my eyes!

I like Benefit Bad Gal and a MAC one I used to use,but the Maybelline Great Lash is really one of the best going and favoured by many. Most premium brands are a waste of money imo

Oh ha ha, that came out wrong! I mean she says it about her own eyes, and we have the same eyes! We're just being silly Grin

Second the cat's eyes recommendation. People have commented since I started using it. That's never happened before.

Lancome Definicils is the best - Max Factor 2000 Calorie when not rich enough for Lancome.

For me Lancome Hypnose. I like original and doll eyes.

Benefit they're real. It's tough to remove so need an oil based remover, but it makes my poor little stumps look grand!

Another vote for Clinique Lash Power.
I was recommended it on here as a smudge proof & haven't looked back.

Another vote for Lancome Hynose.

I always used Clinique before but last year I think they changed something and it made my eyes feel watery.

No 7 waterproof for me. I have long lashes, the one bit of my face that is great!, think the fairly sparse brush helps me. Had disasters with Hypnose, 2000 calorie, Rimmel scandaleyes. I think maybe they carry too much product for thick, long lashes. The list of rubbish ones, cheap and pricey, is endless but this finally works for me!

I rely on Lancôme Hypnose.

Bought myself a Rimmel lipstick (Kate Moss matte collection if anyone is interested, I love it) and it was spend £10 get the green mascara (scandaleyes flex), so I bought a few bits. Next day at work wore it for the first time and three different people commented on my eyes (totally unprompted, independent comments). Massive brush, but I've been quite impressed.
