What do you think of this bag?

Not usually an OK fan but I saw this in the flesh the other day and really liked it. Think it might be a bit impractical though as its definitely a summer bag. Won't really go with greys/blacks for winter. It's a bit cheaper in the shop I saw it in.

I like the look of it but can never find anything in bags shaped like that.

That is lovely Cessie. Get some waterproofer and leather cleaner and you should be okay with it. I think the colour would actually look good with a darker grey. And if you wore black/flesh/cream again they'd all compliment each other too.

The style is OK, but I'm not keen on the colour.

I am a winter though and just don't like tans and browns. I also couldn't justify spending that much on a handbag.

Thanks for the input girls. Mignonette, I destroyed 2 very good leather bags over not looking after them. Now when I bought them I'd no idea that they would need to be looked after! I just thought ah its leather, it will last forever, so I really don't want it happening again. Do you think the products will make a big difference?

Roshbegosh, I can never find anything in any of my bags, so that would be nothing new. I'm thinking of getting one of those bag organisers.

Bunbaker, I would normally be into greys and blacks but I just really liked this one. I find it really hard to find a bag I like, the only other one I like is the Anya Hindmarch maxi zip and that's not going to happen!

I like it and is the sort of thing I'd buy then not use as I live in black and grey. Cos had very similar one in a while ago but lots cheaper

I kind of cant see me using it in Autumn/Winter that much. I was wearing khaki green/cream and blush colours when I saw it and it went very well. I'd wear a lot of those colours during spring/summer. They've two of them in the shop and they don't seem to be going anywhere soon.

Is this the Cos bag CeeCee?

Yes Cessie they do help as do allowing the leather to dry slowly if caught in the rain, keeping away from direct heat, keeping it in the dustbag and stuffed with tissue to keep its shape when not in use.

I like it apart from that silly red bit in the middle. People (and you) will remember that. It sticks out like a sore thumb. IMO they've ruined the bag with that bit.

Kassett, I liked the red bit in the middle, it lifts it iykwim.
