But has anyone ever used push up pads? I'm an F cup chest but after two hungry babies have lost "fullness" at the top of my breasts and they do not look the same in a low cut dress no matter what bra I wear.

I thought the chicken fillet thing were for "enlarging" rather than "enhancing" but a friend has recommended I get some and use them as a "push up" tool - is this worth a try?

Ooh thanks very much for the link! I think I need to have a good day out bra shopping but can never find much to address this problem for larger sizes and it must be quite a common one I would have thought? Unless I'm just really unlucky!

I have DD's which have lost all fullness and sag down to my belly button ( well that's what if feels like ).

I love Panache bras too. I spend ages a couple of years ago, trying out different bra's and the best ones for me are the Panache Superbra's. I wear the T-shirt bra version every day. They're about £25 each but worth every penny.

Oh yes my boobs are now like a golf ball in a sock thanks to breast feeding so I feel your pain. As a b cup I got the 2 size bigger range in m&s which works a miracle to boost them up. Others have mentioned panache and Freya also do a good range. Trying on is essential

Yep, thos panache super bras are the only thing I wear. T-shirt ones normally and plunge when I need a bit of cleavage Wink

Did you know that you can get panache bras really cheap brand new from amazon? If you know your size like I do you can save a fortune.
