Oasis customer service, bad experience

I've had a rubbish experience with ordering from Oasis online. They messed up my deliveries and my refunds. I made a special journey to a store to return items and then they couldn't process the return so I had to go off and post it all back, waste of time.
Anyway the worst thing was when I looked for a number to call to talk to someone about it all, there is no number only an email. I spent ages having to type it all out. I even asked them why they don't have a phone no. but they wouldn't say.
Has anyone else found this utterly frustrating either with Oasis or anyone else? How can you offer proper customer service if your customers can't speak to you!
It's put me off ordering from them again online.

I bought a dress online from mango.i sent it back as I didn't like it.
Never had a refund. I've emailed over 6 times since last summer with no acknowledgment.
I've just given up now.
I will never buy from them again.

This happened to me. I was fuming! I managed to find an email address and the area manager rang me. She was lovely. She spoke to the manager of the shop who gave me a full refund and a gift voucher for twenty quid I think it was. Having said that I haven't really bought anything from them since when it used to be one of my favourite shops - don't know whether that's a coincidence or not!

They do only have emails, but they've always replied to my emails very quickly.

It's a different sort of complaining you do with emails. I recommend one sentence to say what the problem is, a short timeline of what happened with bullet points if necessary and then another line explaining what you want to happen as a resolution.

Ihatethecold I'm having a very similar experience with Mango now. I sent some things back for an exchange, got an email telling me I'd receive them soon - almost 2 months on, nothing. I've emailed three times so far. It's so rude - they have basically stolen my money. I might start a thread asking for advice.

Jemster I'm really shocked about Oasis, because I've found their returns really good - I always return to store too.

To be fair she did reply quickly but I could not explain the problem in one sentence as it was all messed up with several different order no.s involved. It took me ages to write it all something I don't have time for with 2 little ones. A phone call would have been much quicker especially as she didn't understand all my email so we ended up exchanging emails all day!
