Brown eyeliner recommendation

Hi
I currently use a L'Oreal Infaillible Indefectible Waterproof eyeliner in chocolate addiction. I'm forever having to touch it up :( Can anyone recommend a good eyeliner that stays put? Thanks :)

I have used one from Avon for years now. It is IMHO, great, goes on well and stays put. And it is really inexpensive....this is not the deal maker though as I would pay ££ for it because it is the best I have used.

I use the Bobby Brown eyelnes you put on with a brush. They stay put pretty well.

The No 7 eye pencils are good in colour and staying power. Much better than bourjois, Clinique, Rimmel and body shop. For ultimate sticking power, liquid liners are the best.

Clinique Intense Chocolate, Stila Smudge-proof eyeliners, NARS Larger than Life Eyeliners or Bobbi Brown Gel liner are all excellent.

Maybelline Gel liner is very good, comes with a brush that isn't bad, and is much cheaper than the others I've mentioned.

i've just purchased the Maybelline gel one in brown, and ever so disappointed . I only used on top lid but by lunchtime the neat line i'd created that morning had migrated not only south (leaving panda eyes) but UPWARDS over my eyelids. Very annoyed!

The Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner comes in a lovely shimmery brown and does not budge. Quite pricey though!

Estee Lauder doublewear in chocolate lovely dark brownish black colour lasts all day for me.

Estee lauder double wear is good - they must do a brown.

Boots No17 really soft doesn't drag lovely chocolate colour and cheap as chips.
Way better than Lancôme.

I buy the Revlon Colorstay eyeliner in dark brown which is excellent, it stays on all day, doesn't rub off at all and really reasonable price around £6 and lasts ages.

I just use the cheap one from Rimmel - kohl in dark brown. It really lasts well as it isn't too soft - think it is less than £4.

Another vote for Estée Lauder double wear liquid liner, the one I have is a dark brown with a v v subtle golden shimmer to it. It's virtually impossible to get off!! (And easy to apply, with a foam tip)

The best pencil I've used is by MAC, in stubborn brown.

Thanks everyone, lots of suggestions :) I normally use eyeliner pencils...are liquid liners/gels more drastic?

If I want to wear eye pencil (days when I want a soft line rather than a harsher liquid liner line) then I use eyebrow pencil. Designed to stay put and it really does :) I have a Rimmel one, its their darkest brown shade but I think they do about 3 different browns.

ooh i never thought of that, eye brow pencil. thanks! (runs into town tomorrow and scribbles various pencils all over back of hand before rubbing profusely to see which don't budge)
