...but is actually bloody lovely!

It's Phase Eight, and I was expecting and hoping for a slouchy jumper to wear with jeans etc...

When I took it out the packaging my face must have been a picture - it just kept on coming.... But, but it really does look lovely on. It's like a cape really, but with long arms so snuggly.

It was a mad purchase (£75 Blush - I don't really do big buys), but I'm really glad I bought it!

Can't do links but if you go the Debenhams site and search for 'slouchy' and 'phase eight' (or phase 8?), you should find it. Not sure what colours it comes in - I have a kind of beige, size 8 (and it's big!).

Is it this one OP?

If so, then sorry but it looks friggin gigantic in the picture! Like a potato sack with sleeves Grin

Not helpful. Sorry. Exchange it maybe?

This appears to have more shape to it. And is a nicer colour imo.

arrrgh, yes it is that one bunny!

I don't often dare venture into style & beautyy, hmmm..... I thought I may effortlessly swish around in this number

I really like what you linked to, but not the colour at all Sad

Can you please find me just that in black / grey / beige ?

I've not had my colours done, but think I am a black / grey / beige character Grin

Damn you!!

If it looks lovely on then there is no problem. Perhaps wear a scarf with it to lessen the surface area.

Thank you Perry!

I didn't see the grey version ceevee, but when I saw it on the model, I agree, it looks HUGE! I think I may be laughed at in the street...

I do like that Dolman one, and it's cheaper, but not the colour so much.

Hmm, will keep the tags on for now!

The Dolman one definitely comes in grey too (well, silver they're calling it). Link maybe not working as I'm on my phone but try googling phase right dolman silver, it's in John Lewis as well

Thanks ihate, just had a lookie and they don't have my size in silver for the dolman.

But, my catherine jumper on the model on the phase eight site looks really nice, big but not too big. But then she is a tall model, and I'm not Grin

House of Fraser had it in a 10, is that too big?

CurlyKiwiControl · 28/11/2012 09:09

I like it.

Wish I was slim enough to carry it off

I love it OP. Am sorely tempted

I think 10 would be just a bit too big. I'm an 8 (generally) and these are big anyway!

I think I will hang on to my potato bag for a while longer - I'm seeing my mum tomorrow and she never holds back in saying what she really thinks - that will be interesting...

My main worry is maybe being too short for it, 5.6, so not mini short, but maybe not tall enough to carry it off!

God being stylish is so hard nudges uggs under table Grin

I do I spent too many years of my youth with a chilly gap where my low rise jeans didn't meet my top and now I really love jumpers that definitely cover my bum properly

Wear it with your uggs threesteps! I think you'll look lovely Smile
