What is biomedical intervention re: ASD kids? anybody?

Has anyone had their kids looked at medically and then intervened with diet/vitamins/ etc? If so, what did you use and where did you get the information from??

I am very interested in this. My own son is defo allergic to milk and is covered in excema.

We underwent a complete diet change following our visit to BIBIC....definately helped with some of J's behaviours.
