hi got letter yesterday only been a week since we applyed, she got care at the top.
but dh is on sick from work as since dd been ill he can not cope hes now got depression.

we are getting wft and ctc, as we on low wage, but now hes on sick he just gets ssp rom work and £41 a week income surport, as we own our home they wont help with morgage, but if we lived in a council house we would get full rebate, so what else can we claim ? i would rather have dd not ill ,

depending on income, you can get council tax benefit. Have you applied for carers allowance?

You can get disability elements on other benefits, so make sure tax credits and income support know that you get dla and carers allowance.

If you're on income support you can get the interest part of your mortgage paid.
Can't recall what its called mind and there might be a few months gap.
