DS1 says he will refuse to get in the taxi this evening Sad

I am taking a breather (of nicotine) in the garage and can hear DS2 screaming. Thank god we don't have neighbours. They are with DH. If he fucks up so be it. I have nothing positive to add atm Sad

it's been pretty rough here too, Keep

i'm eating chocolate and playing fb games to keep me out of DDs way - we had a massive fight over hair washing this morning and i lost my temper, made her lie in the water to do it instead of one of the other 1000 ways she dreams up to get out of it something else

i've had enough, i wish i smoked still at times like this

Sounds difficult Keep and Jenny Wine

Ds2 came out of school relatively calm, but with an edge. He's starting to kick off a bit now.
I was trying to draw, but have had to stop because he's threatening to rip it up Hmm

Fingers crossed, taxi is due and a strange calm has descended over DS1. He actually seems OK about going back - really OK. Wow. Just ... wow - (his saying of the summer) Smile

Well that says it all really. I can't get DS1 to do anything he doesn't want to - pleasant or not. He was out of school for a year and just couldn't cope with a school friends birthday treat/party this summer. But he went back to school. Indi ss - not purely ASD but neither is he Smile

We never attended an open day but visited the school independently because of timetable. They were very accommodating and helpful all the way through. The trial is the main thing.

Thanks Polter. Hope everything with starting secondary works for DS - and they appreciate his genius for linguistic development (need I mention 'cuntiletre' which I think will be in the dictionary next year Grin)
