Hello I'm really sorry but pls can anyone advise me at all ? My ds is six and had SPD . He keeps waking at roughly 4 am with tummy pains . He's adament they r genuine and gets in a real state about them ... But when I eventually give in snd take him down they disappear !!! Am I being a pushover ? Or are they genuine pains due to anxiety etc ? Frequent trips to GP had revealed nothing ...... He also complains frequently of neck ache by his throat ... Any help would be really appreciated . His behaviour is south worse when tired and I m less able to cope too ;/! Thank u xxxxxxxx

Hi polter thank u again ur a life saver . We re still on waiting list for an ot . It would make sense as he's having a growth spurt .... I'm ashamed to say I've already done the calpol attempt ! And ibuprofen next day just in case calpol didn't fix it .. Plus rescue remedy ... Am I sounding desperate by any chance :( !!!!!!! Thank u xxxx

Thanks polter . Is it a grumbling pain or real intense pain ? He describes the tummy aches as cramps ... And the neck pain is sporadic . Ill give him neurofen if he wakes tonight ... Feel awful now for just thinking he was imagining it due to anxiety. ( although I appreciate that can cause real tummy pains ) xx
