end of term and no aba tutor appointed

As parents do we get to ask who our child's TA will be from September.

So far the aba tutors have been going in.

The school interviewed the tutors on Friday and finished the year today. Tutors haven't hears back.

Is it okay for me to email the HT and the SENCO and ask them who will be supporting our child in September?

I don't want to mess about with them because we can also just assume that till they find someone they will continue with the current tutors. However, we don't want them to use the unavailability of tutors as a reason to not support her using aba.
