Best news I've had all day!

If ever there's a moment for champagne, this is it - a grim alternative future for your DS has just disappeared, and it couldn't have disappeared without you fighting tooth-and-nail to keep it at bay...

< hands over goose-shaped back slapper, and also some thanks and wine >

Excellent! Which judge was it?

Make sure you get what you need in terms of transport etc now.

Judges initials are SJ

The decision is just about sinking in. I've had lovely lovely msgs both here and in RL. It's bloody amazing - finally I'm vindicated and someone has finally listened.

The main thing is my son finally has a future

Amazing news- so happy for you! Not only have you secured the right school for your ds you show all the rest of us (who might be facing the same obstacles in the future) that it can be done. I'm honking like crazy in celebration for you!

MaccaPacca123 Wed 07-Aug-13 22:58:42

grin grin I still can't believe it!

Today, I took DD1 to have her wedding dress fitted. In the full-length mirrors in the fitting room, I caught sight of myself. I look a thousand years older than 18 months ago. sad

God, I know. You look at yourself and think 'what happened'?! Well I do anyway!
