Supplements - need recommendation! Doing TH

DS is 8 and has a diagnosis of ADHD and tic disorder. We do TH and he recommended taking supplements. He takes Floradix saludynam which is a calcium, magnesium, zinc and vit D formulation and we were also told to take Vit B and C supplement. Vit B levels are apparently often low in ADHD.The floradix multivitamin has very low levels. We used to take a great Biocare junior one but they discontinued it.

He also takes vegepa-70.

Do you know of a high dose (not adult levels obviously) kids B and C formulation? Can have A in but low levels of D. Or alternatively a multi vitamin with decent levels of all of them and we will discontinue the Floradix.

He won't do chewable but tolerates pills/capsules and some liquids.

You can't have too much Vit B - and he probably needs way more than the RDA.

Thorne B Complex is very good, but doesn't contain Vit C.

Thanks. Have looked at it and mostly seems US sites. Is very expensive on amazon!!!
