Do any of you use a child tracker for your kids? My daughter is 3y7m and non-verbal. We worry a lot when we go to public places. She is still in the stroller when out and about. We are trying to encourage walking and there are two concerns:
1 - She has no awareness of danger. We are hoping to explain this to her slowly
2 - Running off and getting lost. She is non verbal, I worry how would she explain to a stranger who she is.

Haven't used child tracker but my son similarly has no sense of danger. If we are out he still has to wear reins. Would your child wear them? We use fun animal ones and he sees it at part of his routine to put them on. Other than that maybe a medic alert bracelet would be a good idea too.

Have you ever seen this device? I was considering something like it for Bee, but her walking has deteriorated to the point that she doesn't have the stamina to run off - she is more likely to lag behind.

It attaches to the laces of a shoe, but I am inclined to think that something like one of the GPS jogging trackers would be good, too, since they have real time locating on a map.
