Dd was a lot better than I thought actually. She has very sensitive ears and although I wouldn't say she was particularly happy with the loud banging she did sit and wastch the whole thing. I think the bright cerise pink earmuffs I got her helped though and she did hold her ears. Infact she was far more worried about Guy Fawkes on the huge bonfire and what was going to happen to him.

The other bonus being that we got free tickets from Portage to get into the disabled access which was great as it was all fenced off and only had about 100 people in. In the mian bit there are thousands of people and dd definitely couldn't cope with that amount of people.

All in all happy with the way dd coped. It was so funny and sweet as at one stage when it really was very loud ds was holding the ear muffs tight to dd's ears as he could tell she wasn't very happy!

I'm just over 20 weeks. I had my 20wk scan last week but it had to be abandoned after the stubborn little so-and-so refused to move into a decent position. He/she is due in late March.

Ah Coppertop, 20 weeks. Doesn't time fly and the next 20 will go just as quick. Did you ask about the sex?

The hospital here refuses to tell people. Dh was trying to see for himself but the baby refused to move. I've got a repeat scan next week so we might have more luck then.
