Any home ed/other groups in Surrey and/or surrounds?

Hello everyone,

My son was recently diagnosed with a long-term illness and is unable to attend school as yet (though he's been ill for a little over two years).
When he is having a good day he is desperate to play with children his own age and I was wondering if there are any groups in Surrey and/or surrounds that meet with their children that we could come along too?

Would be grateful for any ideas.
