My daughter (11) has been flagged up by teachers at her local secondary school as struggling socially, being very disorganised and at times quite surly. She has been seen by SENCO and I gave my permission for her to be assessed within school. We have just received a letter stating results are in and an IEP has been put into place for her when she goes back in September if we give our permission to go ahead. Firstly, we have not received a copy of the results ourselves so have no idea in which areas they have found difficulties, and secondly I'm assuming that because they want to put an IEP into place that they have found something in the results? Its now the summer holidays so ive no way of contacting the school to discuss this! Thoughts anyone?? Many thanks
