ASPERGERS- any women in central / north london??

hi~ i have aspergers and wonder if there is anyone in central / north london who'd be willing to help out this thurs, the 26th, for £30.

I'm having a minor op, under general anaesthetic at UCH, and need an escort to help me home.

id like someone who has AS, or knows enough about to know not to pat me on the arm or try to make small talk etc : )

id be leaving hospital in the afternoon, so its unsuitable for anyone who needs to pick up children.

im outgoing and don't look like i have aspergers, but id like someone who knows about it, as I'm more comfortable not having to explain things!

any 25- 40 year old women in central london with AS, or a partner or child with it?
i live about 30 mins away.
