Could anyone recommend a selective private boarding school which would cope fine with an ADHD child?

I am a lone parent, however I have enough money for the fees required for most boarding schools. Could anyone recommend a good one? It does not have to be selective I just don't fancy a Stieners type school and I don't think they board there. He was diagnosed with severe ADHD at 5 he is medicated and manages well and is now 7. I would like to send him private and boarding as a lone parent with no contact from his Dad and both my parent dead I would like the extra back up, if I need to go on a training course away or night out. This would be preferably in Scotland. I do not want to send him somewhere he will not be adequately supported with his condition.

This is in a couple of years time so ideally age 10 or 11 boarding.

hi,

if you 'google' scottish council of independant schools and click on the link 'additional support' it will give you a list of schools that might help your son.

regards,
