I was a size 22 in 2011 I'm now a 10 and the key to me keeping it off is to let myself have treats from Friday to Monday, its a lifestyle change so you have to allow yourself some leeway in the whole week you do it

Nope I go it alone now, I felt that the only reason I was tryin to lose weight at SW was because of the shame of doing the weeklyweigh in I felt I wasn't doin it for me but cos I didn't want to be embarrassed

I've also just had a banana but a soft about ready for the bin one (yuck). I find this time at night the worst, kids finally settled to bed and a little time to myself, this is when I really crave all things junk..... But instead I've had a half dead banana, never mind, looking forward to my yummy Weetabix in the morning!!
