Breakfast
Weetabix with milk
Lunch
Baked beans with lots of yummy grilled mushrooms
Snack
A punnet of fresh raspberries
Tea
Fresh pasta made with homemade sauce of tinned toms,onion,sweet corn,and garlic with just a bit of grated cheese on top.
That is it so far and haven't felt hungry so hoping that I'm doing it correct.
Will have some fresh pineapple later.
