I am mainly fat because I eat the wrong things. I acknowledge this and am trying to deal with it and I'm watching what I eat and losing weight now :)
BUT - lots of thins I used to eat that I thought weren't too bad have definitely added to my weight gain. I've only just found out that muesli is really high in fat. I'm not stupid but I genuinely thought that it wasn't too bad.
There must be lots of things that I eat that I think are ok but really aren't helping me - and the same probably goes for others. What are yours?
- Coconut - loads of syns when I thought it would be fine!
- Muesli - as above
- Milk - we buy blue top for DS and I used to think 'it's only a splash in coffee...' but I was having lots!
