So fed up. Been an angel all week - turned down wine, biscuits, home-made cake, ate out and had a salad and no pudding.

And I've just weighed myself to find out I'm an lb up on last week, and it's only my second week.

I've not gone too mad on free food, eaten til I was full not stuffed, had lots of super free, 10 syns a day or thereabouts. I don't know where I've gone wrong.

Keep going! Same happened to me. I think it takes a while for your body to get used to the diet. Also I think it is important to average the loss over a month. I get a big loss some weeks having been a bit less good so it all balances out in the end. I am 1 1/2 st down so it will work!

Thanks MrsB, it's good to know it's not just me. I was excited to get on the scales and was so surprised to see a gain.

I am still on it though, been for a hot run and now having fruit and yogurt for a late breakfast. Hopefully i'll get a double whammy loss next week.

Don't let it mess up all your good work! Scales are mad - I was showing as losing 3 lbs yesterday and today I've put 1 and a half back on doing nothing different. It'll catch up with itself next week don't worry.

Drink loads of water, more than you actually want. It works!

Agree with drinking water and I ALWAYS got a hormone gain when I was doing WW, every 4 weeks exactly I would gain. Usually got a double loss the following week. SW seems to be better on the hormone gain front but I also think I am drinking more water.
