Well done! I've just had my first WI and lost 3.5lbs so good to hear from some who's had such amazing success.

How long has it taken you? I want to lose 2.5 stone.

Wow, that's amazing! SW seems to be so good if you stick at it. I am determined at the minute but don't have a great track record for longevity.

Just find what motivates you, focus and drink at least 4 pints of water /squash a day, you'll do great
