Just that really.....have been on and off slimming world for literally years. Been mostly on plan for last three weeks, (went over daily syns twice in three weeks) no loss. Stuck to it rigidly, 100% for the last week, everything counted, food diary, the lot.....and I've gained 2lbs. So disheartened I could cry :( :( Think I need to have a total re-think about what eating plan to follow.....

Hi....thanks for replying. Glad I'm not the only one! Re the fruit.... It's possible, yeah....I do tend to snack on fruit. I'll try to cut down this week, see if it makes a difference. So bloody frustrating isn't it? My slimming buddy has lost 8lb in three weeks and I'm JEALOUS!! :D
I find it did fully because if something's free, you kind of expect it to be alright, don't you? Sigh.....hope you have a good week this week! I think I'll try one more week then maybe look at a different diet...calorie counting worked well for me years ago, but GOD I was miserable on it......

Yes keep going for one more week you never know - but remember if you dont lose after 4 weeks you get your money back is the guarantee!!! (silver lining!!)
It is very frustrating when you have a buddy losing and you have to sit there looking so pleased for them Envy
let us know how it goes

This nights sound odd but are you eating and drinking enough? I remember this being given aaa reason for no / low weight loss in my group. Perhaps try keeping to the plan but adding more food to each mealtime. Then your body won't go into "starvation" mode so should stop trying to retain calories and weight loss should follow.
