Hello.
I have twin babies who were born at 29 weeks and are currently still on neonatal at our local hospital, they are doing super, and hopefully will be home with me soon.

I am expressing my milk for them round the clock (every 2-3 hours) to make sure they are getting enough. As such I've lost a fair bit of weight without even thinking about it, but I have now plateaued and have got a good stone and a half to loose. I don't have any time to get get to SW meeting at the moment but would like to try getting back into the swing of things, then once my little darlings are home and we are settled I can get back into going to meetings again.

Does any one know how many Healthy Extras I would be allowed each day? My babies are now 6 weeks old.

Thanks everyone xxx

I just had a quick look at the breastfeeding feature on slimming world website. It doesn't say anything about twins but it says if breastfeeding a baby under 2 months you should have 5 healthy extras on extra easy or 7 on green or original. They say 3 or 4 should be milk or cheese. You should also have the full 15 syns. Congratulations on your babies!
