Work lunch ideas

Hi, I'm at a loss for what to take to work that I can eat at my desk. I don't really want to take something like soup, salad etc, prefer something like sandwiches that can be eaten without knife and fork. Any ideas please?

I am not on a diet but for healthy lunch at my desk i go for a wrap stuffed with salad leaves hummus and five bean salad. If i am feeling rich i go to M&S and buy a posh salad but i avoid all pre made sandwiches as i feel they are a waste of money.

The Warburtons sandwich thins are only 5 syns ish if you really can't face salad/pasta salad type things and you've used your hex B at breakfast. Or make a free tortilla to slice up and take?

Sandwich thins could work for me - does one count as a healthy extra? I will google the free tortilla, thanks

I don't think the sandwich thins are on the healthy extra list, but you can use a whole meal roll if you've still got your B to 'spend'.

I'm having the same problem. I've just started SW and I'm struggling to plan my work lunches. I was just thinking of throwing lots of salad and chicken into a tupperware with some low fat dressing. Think I'll probably get bored of that every day though! Tuna sandwich on wholemeal bread is another option.

I often take the magic porridge to work for lunch with frozen berries and I really enjoy it.
Or a quiche, made in a muffin case?
I keep meaning to make the pakoras for work too
