Can anyone tell me what yoghurts are free when your on the Extra Easy plan please?

Also, could you tell me whether it's smooth/creamy or has bits in - I have sensory issues and don't like the feel of lumps/bits in my mouth!

I only use the plain fat free Greek, and that is free.

By the way, that's smooth. If you like it sweet you can add a bit of canderel.

If its the fat free with a hint of vanilla its 1/2 syn on EE. The greek style fat free coconut with dark chocolate is free.

Muller lights have been 10 for £3 in Morrisons, i've just stocked up.

Some of the millers aren't free so best to check, off hand I know strawberry, vanilla, toffee, banana and custard, cherry and dark chocolate are free, but the ones that aren't are only about 1 syn so not a massive problem if you buy one
