Favourite one pot recipes?

I've lost 2 st on SW so far but am getting really fed up of eating the same things all the time. I'm not a very adventurous cook so tend to stick to recipes where I can just throw all the ingredients in the same pan and make enough to last for a few meals (work long hours).

Can I ask you to share your favourites? I'm getting sick of magic soup and bolognaise!

I do lots of slow cooker foods! From jacket potato. Then add beans, prawns, chicken.. Or beef slow cooked into a curry with fat free yogurt curry powder, chilli, garam masala. Or just beef and I syn gravy and slow cook them up
Together!

Yes.. Just stick potatoes in.. Either low or high depending how long you have! Great crispy potatoes.. Funny twice I have asked my au pair to cook them.. First time they were peeled.. Stuck in water chopped up.. The next time they were whole in water! Good to note.. The first lot made amazing mash.. Second lot I just took out and chucked in the oven to crisp up!Grin
