Payment over Christmas

Hi can anyone tell me what the rules are for payment over the Christmas period please?

My SW meetings are on a Wednesday night, so obviously that was Christmas day and New Years day and there were no meetings, so will I still have to pay for those weeks? I looked on line but couldn't find the answer.

There are supposed to be meetings every week regardless of Christmas etc. mine are on Weds and my consultant changed them to Mondays those weeks and just told people to book it as a holiday to avoid paying if they couldn't make it. If there was no group on I can't see how they can expect you to pay, but IMO its a bit naughty of them.

Well, I went and still couldn't work out how they charged my £9something. Apparently there was another class on Christmas week, but I certainly wasn't told when. She was also open on New Years day but again only a few people knew this and anyway who the hell is going to a slimming club on New Years day or any Bank holiday for that matter? And I put 2lb on.
