I went completely off plan yesterday had a full bottle of Champagne with breakfast which was smoked salmon and scrambled egg. For lunch we had cheese and biscuits and I had about 12 crackers and cheese on each one with a load of ham and chutney. For tea I had 6 sweet biscuits. Avoided all the chocolate all day but did have a few JD and cokes and a baileys coffee for supper. How bad have I done compared to others, I feel so disappointed with myself but am I being too hard?
