Aaaargh - I've hit a plateau

I'm 12 weeks in and for the 1st 10 weeks I averaged a 2lb loss each week. I'm following the extra easy plan and being very good about weighing/measuring/counting syns. However, for the last 2 weeks I've only lost 1/2 pound. I keep food diaries and can't see what's different. I'm breastfeeding my DD so I get 6 healthy extras a day (I know, poor me!!) I'm wondering if I don't need this much anymore? My only worry is that the booklet for new mums says to take all the healthy extras and use the 15 syns to be safe for breastfeeding. I'm still more than 2 stone over my target weight and can't bear the thought of losing weight so slowly, especially when I have been so good at recent days out/birthday parties etc. Any ideas for getting back on track? TIA

I'm the same but not b feeding. Lost 7lbs on ww after having my 17 week old hit a plateau joined Sw prefer it but only losing a pound to half pound a week and some are loosing 7lbs in one week! I stick to it rigid! I know I shouldn't be too hard on myself since having baby! Hmm

I suppose we should be grateful that we're still losing but it's hard saying no to treats and not getting a big loss as a reward! Good luck with your weight loss. And you're right, we should be nicer to ourselves - we just created human beings, we're brilliant!!!
