9 month old frequent night waking

my nine month old daughter wakes frequently 6-10 times a night. she co sleeps with me and I am still breast feeding . I frequently feed her back to sleep but try to settle her t sleep by comforting her first. Advice is that I need to get her in her cot and to teach her how to sleep on her own with controlled crying techniques is this the only answer ? I don't have the stamina for it! Is anyone in the same boat?

I had this with both my dd's.
My advice would be to just go with it, it will pass and get better.
Feed back to sleep for maximum amount of sleep for you and baby.
Don't look at the clock when you're woken up, then you're less likely to fully wake up and can just keep dozing while feeding.
A lot of the time I didn't even know how often I had been woken up.
