15wk old sleep pattern. Any ideas?

My 15wk old son goes to bed after his bath and feed at about 6.30pm. He usually wakes twice for a brief breastfeed, and gets up about 5.30-6am. There have been a couple of times where he gets up at 4am- like today! He's almost totally breastfed, and refuses to sleep more than 30mins in the day (if that)Any ideas for keeping him in bed longer in the mornings, or am i hoping for too much?!

I would say you were hoping for too much and seem to have it really good for that age but someone else might disagree

My DS is 14 weeks and sounds quite similar. I have given up on the early nights and don't bath him until about 8pm. I decided that I would rather he slept longer in the mornings than in the evenings. He can be a bit difficult in the evenings but as long as he has either mine or my DH attention then he is OK. Sorry I can't give advice but hopefully someone else will!

My daughter's about 4 months and usually wakes for the second time around 4/5/6am. She's exclusively bfd. I find that if I just put her back in her cot after the early morning feed and crawl back to bed myself, she can last another 3 hours or so, even if she's lying there awake staring at her mobile. Mostly, she settles herself back down and drifts off again. Have you tried this?

My dd sounds very similar to your dc and I feel she is sleeping well. Yours does to. If she wakes early in the morning (which is not fun!), I sometimes sleep with her in the bed in her room. Today, she went back to sleep untill 9am . Could you co-sleep in the mornings?

My dcs both went through phases of waking up in the early hours of the morning ready to start the day from about that sort of age. It is a real killer at the time but they did grow out of it in a relatively short space of time.

my dd (13 wks) feeds at 6.30pm, tehn again any time between 11 - 1am & again any time between 3 - 5am. so your sounds pretty standard to me. at night I do all teh feeds in teh dark with no tlaking which i think helps & make loads of noise during daytime feeds.

Co sleeping isn't really an option...fella and i have a deal that i do all the weeknights so he's not disturbed for work, and sometimes fella sleeps very heavily and rolls all over the shop aswell. Baby was fab last night though- 2 brief wakes for a feed (i always do in the dark and don't speak to him) and he got up at about 6am which is fine by me.
