Hi dd has always been a great sleeper, and until recently slept from 7pm till about 8.30am
However recently she is waking up at around 6am when I shove dummy in mouth or ignore her and she falls back and wakes up at about 7am, she is then knackered and has a nap at about 8.30am.
I am now getting concerned about the clocks going back end of october and that she will be getting up[ at 6am!!!
Any advice to get us back on track??
