Hi, my 10 month old has been a fairly erratic sleeper but after some gentle sleep training she seems to be finally sleeping through (mostly). However, she is really restless between 4 and 6, which often results in us co-sleeping and then she'll sleep till 7/7.30. Anyone had this and resolved it?

Hi Shell, we have exactly the same Problem. DS is 16 months , goes to sleep on his own but has started waking up between 4 and 5am every morning. Will only be settled with a bottle of milk and then sleeps till about 8am. Thought I would post and see if we get any answers!

DS has gone through phases of this, I have found that giving him a yoghurt at bedtime with his milk can help a bit...

Is it a summer thing... dawn rising etc... will it improve as winter sets in...? Have suffered same thing and wondered if this was it... of course, quite often in DD's case it's tummy-ache/wind/new nappy needed...
