4 month sleep regression, shoot me now

I know it's normal for sleep to go haywire at 4 months, there is a big developmental leap etc. growth spurt as well so more feeding and crap sleep. But oh man I am on the edge. DD is 4 months and has reflux and cmpi.. In the daytime I walk for fucking miles with her so she sleeps. She will only sleep in pushchair if it is outside moving. Today she had two decent-ish naps because I walked for at least 3 hours. The other nap she had with me lying with her.

But her night sleep has been good since 9 weeks and getting better. We had two wke ups then one. And she would go to sleep ok non evening. Usually up to half an hour, but just me sitting in room and putting dummy back. Well tonight she has refused to sleep unless I lie next to her or DH holds her. She won't stay asleep for longer than 10mins.

Arghhhhhh. She has had another bottle, she has been winded within an inch of her life, she has a clean nappy. I keep having to lie with her. I take medication that makes me drowsy in evening so cant co-sleep. We have a bedside cot, but that isnt close enough for her.

Someone just shoot me, I think this will push me over the edge.
