Anyone used children's hypnotherapy CDs for sleep?

I'm interested in using these, there seem to be some ones with lovely stories on them, BUT my daughter is not yet 3 and I wonder if she is too young? Has anyone else used them on a child of this sort of age - she is pretty advanced for her age though as is always trying to keep up with her older brother...!

I am a hypnotherapist. Usually we can start using the cds with a 3 yr old. Is there a issue that you want resolved by the cds, Anymore questions I would be happy to answer [email protected]. my speciality is children hypnosis

Thank you for your reply Guidedchoice.
She'll be three in Feb and is pretty grown up for her age.
In a nutshell she had a minor operation in the spring and for some reason the hospital wouldn't let me wait near the theatre. When they finally rang back to the ward to say she was coming round it then took almost 20mins for the nurses to get organised, collect paperwork, decide who was going to escort me etc etc etc - by which time my just 2yr old had come round in an adult recovery room filled with strangers in "masks" and people hooked up to scary monitors, moaning and groaning as they came round. By the time I (by this time almost beside myself too) got there she was inconsolable and since then we have been (completely understandably) struggling with night waking and a fear of strangers. I was wondering if one of the cd's would help as a starting point??
She is gradually getting better but I want to support her through this as much as possible.
Any advice would be great.

From what I've read IceBean, they would be great! Have a look on amazon for relax kids or calm kids cd's - lots of very helpful reviews!

We have tried them the last few nights with dd1 who is 5. She was taking 2 hours to fall asleep, it is now taking 5 minutes!
