I am thinking of trying dreamfeeding tonight.
My ds is 13 weeks old - he has been a bad sleeper from day one. Things have improved, he was waking every hour / hour and a half for a feed but now we get the occasional night where he only wakes up once (usually once or twice a week).
Some nights he's up twice sometimes more - there doesn't seem to be any routine to it.
He has his last big feed about 6pm and then normally a top up at 7.30 before he goes to sleep. I am wondering if I should try dream feeding him at about 10.30pm?!?!?!?
How do you do it - just lift them out the cot and put a bottle in their mouth? Do you have to wake them up at all?
Or should I just let him find his own routine - it has been 13 weeks and there's no sign of one yet.
