Has anyone skied this early and what was it like snow wise? Having done a quick search it seems that it has started snowing already! Does anyone have any experience?

Thanks!

As long as you are their after the official opening date then it should be fine. Although one year the official opening was delayed due to lack of snow, and they were bussing people around to the glacier at Tignes.

We are going at the same time - so hoping thats its good snow too.

I have been in early december (1st week) to switizerland and it was fab. But then got mild over xmas and conditions disimproved by early january.

So I think its a case of luck really. As long as it stays reasonably cold I think it should be fine. The biggest risk is that you get a warm spell and it hits the early snow thats fallen.
