we've just booked a much overdue break in the Alps for late february. i will be 7 months pregnant by then, so clearly won't be very active :-) however my daughter will be 2 then s o i am anticipating (hopefully!) lots of outdoor playing and walking. even if i won't be the one doing the playing and walking, i'll still have to be there!

so here's the question: what do i wear?

i am hoping someone has tips for me- otherwise there's always the plastic bag with holes for arms and head look...

Thermals are usually pretty stretchy and should fit over your bump. Otherwise lots of layers - some pregnancy tights under trackies/trousers. Coat that covers your bum. Good news is that your internal furnace should be firing by then and you can probably waltz around in a short sleeved t shirt most of the time! Good pair of sturdy shoes/boots that you can get on and off easily!

Don't want to worry you - but have you checked your travel insurance? I could not get holiday insurance to travel after about 28 weeks - literally had to time hols to fly back on the 27th week 6th day. If in Europe you may be covered by the health card thingy - but check situation if you are in Switzerland rather than France/Italy.
