Hi All
If anyone is looking for good kids lessons for next season then I have a 5% discount code for the British speaking ski schools :
Parallel lines in Meribel
New Generation in 3 Vallees (Meribel, La Tania, Courcheval) Tignes , Val D'Isere, Les Arcs
And the French run but English speaking ski school called Magic in Motion in 3 Vallees ( Meribel, La Tania, Courcheval)
All ski schools are excellent ( so much better than ESF imo) and we have used them for our own kids lessons. The only difference is the length of lessons.
We have negotiated this discount code as we have an apartment near Meribel and recommend these ski schools to our guests. However, happy to recommend to fellow mumsnetters too !
PM me if interested.

Oops! Sorry for that post.

Interesting... But do look at the prices... 5 days at 2 hours per day at New Generation is 40% more expensive than 6 days 3 hours per day at ESF.

I find this a lot with some of the ski schools heavily marketed to the British market. In some cases the private lessons are almost double the cost.

I agree that ESF is not for everyone so it is worth looking around. Evolution 2 and ESI are generally more reasonably priced.

Bumping this as we still have 5 % discount off Magic in Motion Ski school ( Meribel, Courcheval and La Tania) for guests staying in our apartment and friends ( and mumsnetters count as friends). And also 5% off Parellel lines in Meribel.
Used Magic again for our children this year and the lessons were great as usual. I would highly recommend them.
Our discount code only works by email ( we are not a big enough player to have an on line code yet).
