Anyone done Chilly Powder?

Am looking at it as an option for 2015 ( probably sold out for half term already but am trying to find out).

Am keen to get any thoughts on it. DS will be 8. I'm a little concerned about the fact they use ESF instructors - wasn't overly impressed with DH's ESF instructor at Serre Chevalier.

Any thoughts welcome.

Doesn't matter they're already fully booked for that week!
I thought I was well organised but clearly I'm an amateur !
