I think ESF do adaptive skiing instruction. I'd give them a call as a first port of call.

Sweetsnow sports have at least one instructor with a ( british) BASI Adaptive Level 2 qualificailtion in ski coaching, Dave Meyer

Sweetsnow sports are based in Meribel and Courcheval , I've had a few private lessons with two of their instructors , who have both taken a lot of time to work out HOW to explain things to me and what exercises to get me to try to achieve what we were looking for. Their guys are all British, all BASi qualified with full french equivalence, they also all coach in another sport. which I found very helpful as I am used to one of those other sports and we managed to find parallels which aided my understanding of what my skis and feet were doing massively.
