Soft shell pants?

I was looking into getting these as they have a fleece lining and I can't wear my Regular ski trousers without leggings as I end up with sweaty legs against the shiny lining,
I have purchased two pairs of soft shell ski tourers in Aldi today for
£4.99 each! They were reduced from £9.99, At that price can they really be any good? I'll keep them for walking or gardening in anyway but has anyone actually skied in these?

Which branch of Aldi did you get them from. I wanted soft shell but our Aldi didn't have them.

Sorry I should have said that both myself and my friend and friends DH (who by the way only wears Spyder) wore them the last two years. I had to buy new bottoms this year as I lost weight. They are perfectly fine and were originally £17.99. We tried to get them this year but they only sold Sallopettes.

Thanks Deste, I have to decide now whether to take them or my original ski trousers (Hyra), I'm a bit concerned whether they'll be warm enough although I practically never get cold so theres probably my answer. They're back at £17.99 in there now, I don't know why I struck so lucky!
